Dale W. Kipper, age 48, of Highland, WI, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018.
A prayer service honoring Dale's life will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster with Pastor Connie Matye officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster, at a later date. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Dale W. Kipper Memorial Fund has been established. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with his services.
