Eugene O. Bartow

Eugene O. Bartow, age 83, of Ellenboro, died on Saturday, October 10, 2020, at his home. He was born on May 6, 1937, the son of Floyde and Caroline (Drew) Bartow. On April 24, 1959, Eugene was united in marriage to Wanda Duncan at the Methodist Church in Dubuque, Iowa. He worked as a Union Carpenter for 34 years. Eugene enjoyed spending time with his family, playing cards, and going to casinos with his wife of 61 years.
Survivors include his loving wife, Wanda; six children: Randy (Kathy) Bartow, Sparks, NV; Rhonda (Brad) Burbach, Oconomowoc; Rick (Barb) Bartow, Fitchburg; Renee (Mark) Spensley, Platteville; Rodney Bartow, Oregon; Ryan Bartow, Hazel Green; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; one sister, Sharon Barr, Fennimore; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry and Nolan Bartow.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is serving the family.
