Kenneth D. Jackson, age 80, of Burton, MI, entered his Heavenly home on December 10, 2013. Ken was born on March 31, 1933, to William and Maude Jackson in Applegate, MI. He married Margaret Niles on March 31, 1956. After 30+ years, Ken retired from General Motors Buick in 1996.
Ken is survived by his wife, Margaret; five sons, Troy, Todd (Joanna), Kip (Jolene), Kenny, and Robert; his siblings, Laura Watson of Croswell, Maryof Knoxville, TN, Doris (Don) Parker of Davison, John (Kitty) of Attica, Dennis (Nancy) of Fountain, FL, Karen (Vic)Wynkoop of Alger, and Linda (Elvis) Laminack of Youngstown,FL; 16 grandchildren, Kamen, Traven, Jayden, Keana, Sara (James), Michael, Anna, Kayt, Taylor, Josie, Lilly, Nicolas, Jake, Megan, Masun, and Anastasia; and 4 great-grandsons, Keenan, Jonny, and twins Jaden and Brandon.
He was proceeded in death by his brothers, Howard, Jim, and Gary; and brothers-in-law, Fred Watson and Chuck Harneck. Ken will be celebrating Christmas with Jesus this year!
Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013, at Trinity Assembly of God Church in Mt. Morris, Michigan. Visitation was from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Swartz Funeral Home in Flint, Michigan.
