Robert Johnson

Robert J. Johnson, age 63, of Potosi, died Friday, August 19, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque, IA. Robert was born on April 13, 1953, a son of Lyle and Patricia (Doser) Johnson. He married Marie Hotchkiss on July 15, 1972 in Minocqua, WI. Robert worked for the railroad for 30 years until his retirement.

Robert is survived by his wife, Marie; a daughter, Christina Johnson; grandson, Derek Holmes; a brother, Donald (Nancy) Johnson; sister-in-law, Gwen Johnson; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John.

Funeral Services were held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2016, at Martin Funeral Home in Potosi. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Friends called from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services Friday at the funeral home.
